1. General Principles
This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between the 33eg platform and its users. 33eg is an online betting and casino platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

3. Account Registration & Management
At the time of account registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.
3.1 Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorized access is suspected, the 33eg support team must be notified immediately.
The user is responsible for all activity that occurs in their account. 33eg is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of an account.
3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each user may operate only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

- Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus funds, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real funds only after the wagering requirements are met.
- The same individual or household cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.
- 33eg reserves the right to cancel a bonus and investigate the associated account if bonus abuse is suspected.
- Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is provided across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. The cashback rate for each tier is fixed and may be updated.
6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All gaming activity on the 33eg platform is conducted in accordance with the fair play policy. Various types of games are available on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and more.
6.1 Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, 33eg reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Game Results
